OUR PROGRAM

Our athletes are important to us and that is why we are dedicated to making sure every athlete succeeds. Every athlete is exposed to comprehensive performance development training, skills assessments, nutritional training, and life skills training from a team of passionate trainers.

Our Seasons & Sessions

The Pressure Red trainers train all year round. Because we want to assure that each and every athlete gets the attention they need that is why an appointment by registration is required to attend a session. We have a program for every skill level, whether your four year old wants to get a jump start on his performance or your high school senior is working towards recruitment. We will help them succeed.

Our athletes go on to become desired sports performers in our city. With our focus on speed, agility, core strength, muscle strength, running form, and sports injury prevention your athlete will not become a better athlete but a desired athlete. We know coaches look for more in an athlete than performance. They look for a balanced individual with all around physical and mental strength. Because our trainers teach both skills our athletes have no choice but be the best in the city.
